Bryne helped us purchase our first home. He was friendly, easy to work with, and was prompt at getting back to us either by e-mail or by phone. He was never pushy and had good advice for us, since we were first-time homebuyers. He was always on top of things (such as keeping in contact with our mortgage lender, and contacting the seller's agent) and had lots of good contacts for plumbers, house inspectors, contractors etc. He was also able to negotiate a closing credit for us from the seller. We would definitely recommend him!

Bryne was awesome!!! My husband and I were first time home buyers and honestly had no clue at what to do. Bryne would send us listings and let us choose what we wanted to look at. We made offers on a couple of houses and had to walk away and start all over. While I was overly upset, he reassured us that it will take time, but we will find our house. We did! He helped answer all of our (mainly my) crazy questions and was always available.
